We has a wonderful experience at Hyde. The food and drinks were fantastic. We highly recommend the chorizo nachos for an appetizer. We also had the Steak frites and shrimp po boy. It was all so delicious. The service was exceptional. Our waitress Katherine was very nice and attentive. She even asked our names and shook our hands before we left. We also talked with Steven who was so nice and also shook our hands and thanked us for coming in. They definitely made us feel special. We can't wait to go back.

Steven, I’m horrible with names but I’ve written it down in my phone because I felt so bad not remembering it even though you told me twice. So when me and the family come in again I will make sure to never forget your name , it was super embarrassing to say the least, I’m sorry.
With that being said, OMG, Tri- Cities finally has a fine dining restaurant with amazing steak and service!!! There is a saying, a good steak doesn’t need any sauce and I can say that was a fact with the ribeye I ordered. It was seasoned and cooked to perfection. My wife got the chicken pasta and wow was the sauce creamy and rich with flavor. Hands down the best place to eat in the tri -Cities, I can’t wait to come back and try everything else.
The drinks were perfectly made! The Beignets were fluffy and melted in your mouth. The sauce they were paired them with was unreal, I can’t wait to share them with my little ones!
I really hope this place stays around for a long time, the Tri-Cities really needed a place like this.last but not least, wow, the staff was on top of it, I haven’t had good service like this in a long time. It really makes it easy to tip when the server is kind and attentive. Thank you so much for your service and recommendations, you made our date night memorable. My belly is full and my heart is happy, thank you!

Overall Impression: 5/5
Why: For a new restaurant, I was impressed with the execution of everything from start to finish. You can tell a lot of thought went into crafting the customer experience—from the hostess greeting, to being seated, and the manager actively overseeing his team.
Staff: Attentive and professional.
Food: Delicious and original.
Pros: They offer a set $10 kids’ menu, making this a family-friendly option.
The atmosphere caters to a more upscale crowd looking for an elevated dining experience in the Tri-Cities.
Recommendation: Try the chorizo nachos as an appetizer.

Our waitress Katherine went above and beyond for us! She was very welcoming, went along with our jokes. She was attentive without ever being overbearing, anticipated what we needed before we even asked, and checked in at just the right times. She had the best energy and the drinks and food were pretty good!

FYI, I only rate when food meets high levels of service and flavors. Loved the atmosphere, the service was spot on and the care from our server was excellent. The first floor is a family setting and the second level is adults only. The restaurant is located on the best corner of the city of Richland, WA. Definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a great place to eat and be serviced.

Great place for a date night.
Cool restaurant with plenty of drink options. Tried the poutine and the Pow Pow Shrimp, and it was delicious. They've also got a good selection of drinks, beers, and wine.
Kudos to the great service, too. We never had to ask for refills, and she kept checking on us during dinner to make sure everything was tasting good.

Best food I've had in a while. The order took a little long but it was worth the wait. The ambiance is a little cold but the service was delivered very warm. Our waitress was wonderfully helpful. I had the Gochujang Pork while my wife had a burger. We will be going back which I feel is the ultimate recommendation.

This was the first time my husband and I have ate here. We were blown away by how good the food and drinks were. We never had to ask for a refill and everything was brought out in a timely manner. We had the pow pow shrimp, black and bleu burger and the steak sandwich. They were all insanely delicious. The staff was super friends, especially the bartender Tim. He made us feel like we wete right at home. We will be back again to try new things.

This restaurant is amazing. I think it’s the best meal I’ve ever had in the tri cities! I got the “mom drink” it tasted like a strawberries and cream lifesaver and it had a good amount of alcohol in it! I didn’t taste it, but I felt it! And the grilled cheese was out of this world. My friend got the spicy chicken Thai salad and she said it was delicious. My son got the kids meal cheeseburger-they out lettuce and tomato on it free of charge and he ate ALL of it. He is 5! And it was huge. It looked like an adult meal. The rosemary Parmesan fries are totally worth the $2 upgrade. They were so good! Catherine was our server and she was very charismatic and attentive. I brought my friend a birthday gift and Catherine gave her donut holes as a birthday treat- which were also delicious and easy for the 3 of us to share. I will absolutely be coming back. I wish I got a photo of our food, the presentation was great-but the taste was incredible
